Sipariş listesinde siparişi verilen bütün ürünlerin kodu, parametreleri, özellikleri, adedi, KDV hariç fiyatı, stokta bulunup bulunmadığı, stokta yok ise ne zaman teslim edilebileceği ve indirimleri mevcuttur. Siparişi veren ve web sitemize üye olan tüm müşteriler, siparişleri onayladığı anda bu sözleşme hükümlerini kabul etmiş sayılır.

Teslim süreleri farklı ürünlerin aynı sipariş içinde satın alınması durumunda, belirtilmiş en uzun teslim süresi baz alınır, ürünler stoğa girer girmez tek seferde sevk edilir.

Satın almış olduğunuz ürün kargo şirketi aracılığı ile size ulaştırılmış ise teslim alma sırasında kutusuna zarar vermeden açarak kontrolünü yaptıktan sonra teslim alınız. Kargoda meydana gelmiş bir eksiklik veya hasar var ise kargo görevlisine mutlaka tutanak tutturmalıdır. Kargo kaynaklı oluşabilecek problemlerden firmamız sorumlu tutulamaz. Satın alınan ürünün teslim alınmasından sonra, kargo tarafından ürüne zarar verildiği iddiasıyla yapılan iade talepleri kabul edilmeyecektir.

Doğal afet, yangın ve terör gibi olağan dışı durumlarda teslimat süresi değişiklik gösterebilmektedir.

Kredi kartı ile yapılan siparişlerde güvenlik gerekçesi ile ürün teslimatı, kimlik kontrolü ile sadece kredi kartı sahibine teslim edilecektir.

Web sitemizden satın alınan herhangi bir ürün iade edilmek istendiğinde; iade edilmek istenen ürün bilgisi (adı/kodu), firmamıza ait irsaliye ve/veya fatura bilgisi ve ürün iade sebebini bemak@bemakotomasyon.com mail adresi yolu ile eksiksiz olarak firmamıza bildirmeniz gerekmektedir. İade talebinin neticesi mail yolu ile bildirilir. Firmamız şartlarına uygun olan iadeler, irsaliye ve fatura aslı ile birlikte gönderici ödemeli olarak sevk edilmelidir. Bu yol ile gönderilen, ambalajı bozulmamış, kullanılmamış ürünlerin iade işlemi tamamlanarak, para iadesi gerçekleştirilir.

Sadece firmamızdan fatura edilen ürünler iade kapsamındadır. Başka mağaza ve ya firmalardan satın alınan ürün ve ya ürünler firmamıza iade edilemez.
